Our proficiency extends to bonds of all types; fidelity, probate and many other commercial lines. Additionally, we have extensive experience with bad faith issues, and indemnification and subrogation.

Construction Law
Problems occur on construction projects and they often turn into expensive problems. When these problems do arise, our construction attorneys have used their years of construction law experience to regularly counsel owners, contractors and subcontractors on how to minimize exposure or to maximize recovery. From bid mistakes to release of retainage, we have advised our construction clients on their contract rights and obligations along with a recommended course of action to be taken during project performance. If necessary, our attorneys have then guided our construction clients through the dispute resolution process by zealously representing them before arbitration panels as well as state and federal courts and Boards of Contract Appeals.

Insurance Law
Alber Crafton represents major insurance carriers in a wide range of areas from coverage issues, to primary and secondary coverage, bad faith, and defense of the insured. Our attorneys have extensive and varied trial experience on insurance issues ranging from coverage for a major bourbon spill and fire at a distillery to the application of commercial general liability coverage to contractor claims.
