Wendell L. Jones is an associate in the Louisville, Kentucky office. He is licensed to practice law in Kentucky and is admitted to the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts in the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, along with the Southern District of Indiana. He is a member of the bar for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Wendell received his BA in Political Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 1990. He subsequently earned his JD from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville in 1994.

Upon graduation, Wendell operated his own practice for two years before joining Van American Insurance Co. as corporate counsel, where he handled general corporate matters and managed the company’s mining reclamation bonds. Since 1999, Wendell has worked in private practice, focusing on construction and surety matters, along with general commercial litigation. At Alber Crafton, he will continue to direct his practice to construction and surety matters and other civil litigation.
